Whether you are running a concert, a festival, a comedy night or a conference, MYPASS.PK can sell your tickets online and handle entry with QR codes. This guide explains how listing works and what you can do once your event is live.

Submit your event

Go to List Your Event and fill in the form. It is split into nine short steps so nothing gets missed:

  1. You: your name and contact details.
  2. Company: the organizer or promoter behind the event.
  3. Socials: where fans can follow you.
  4. Media: your event banner, logo and seating chart.
  5. Event: the name, date, venue and city.
  6. Tickets: the ticket types and prices you want to sell.
  7. Details: anything else guests should know.
  8. Policies: the listing terms you agree to.
  9. Submit: send it for review.

What happens after you submit

The MYPASS.PK team reviews new submissions during working hours, Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm, and creates your event page. Have your banner artwork ready: a sharp, wide banner makes your event stand out on the homepage and when it is shared on WhatsApp and social media.

Track sales in the organizer portal

Once your event is assigned to your organizer account, you can sign in to the organizer portal to follow its performance:

  • Overview: orders, tickets sold, revenue and refunds for any date range, with a daily chart.
  • Orders and attendees: search every order and export your attendee list as a spreadsheet.
  • Tickets: sold and remaining tickets for each ticket type.
  • Check-ins: see how many guests have arrived on the day.
  • Payouts: what you have earned from each event and when it is ready for settlement.

Smooth entry on event day

Every ticket sold carries a unique QR code that admits one person once. Gate staff scan tickets with the MYPASS.PK scanner, which flags duplicates and tickets for other events instantly. You can share our guide on how QR e-tickets work with your audience so they arrive ready.
